Bethany continues to maintain a proud tradition of producing Barossa Valley Semillon. Picked early to retain citrus fruit this wine is bright and refreshing with fresh green apples, lime cordial and a bright line of juicy acidity carrying it through. Age in bottle will reveal further levels of Semillon complexity and character.
