Beautifully vibrant salmon in colour the fruit for this wine were picked early, specifically for rose, then quickly pressed to retain fresh red fruits and crisp acidity. The nose displays small red berry fruits and floral hints whilst the palate is fresh and lively with a collection of fruit flavours and smooth sappy structure making this a serious and dangerously moreish wine.

Notes
All grapes were direct pressed with minimal skin contact and co-fermented in stainless steel. The wine was lees stirred twice a week for two months before being racked.
The Riesling portion was wild fermented on skins before being pressed to seasoned oak to complete its ferment. Once dry it was blended to the final wine to add textural and aromatic complexity.

Rosé from grenache, showing the versatility of this wonderful grape yet again. The colour is a bright salmon pink and the nose has intense and punchy aromas. This is no glass of shrinking violets. We have notes of herbs, red fruits and strawberries and cream with zesty acidity and excellent length. An attractive style of Rosé for drinking over the next 3–4 years. Drink now–2029
