Wine Details

Winemaking

Picked in the cool early hours of the
morning, crushed and pressed without
delay. Only the free run juice is selected for a
clean, cool slow fermentation designed
to maximise aromatic potential and
vibrancy.

The ferment is stopped when the
residual sugar and pristine acidity give
balance and poise to the wine. Bottled
early to maximise freshness.

Tasting Notes

Colour

Pale straw gold

Aroma

This is classically pure Riesling but
with a juicy bounce. Plump citrus,
jasmine, chamomile leap from the
glass

Palate

Extended ripening has delivered both
richness and precision, with a
luscious palate framed by bright,
zesty acidity. Lisbon lemon, lime
cordial, pineapple and subtle mint
notes drive a finely structured wine
that finishes long, clean and crisp

Food Pairing

Spicy Asian cuisine and fruit-based desserts.

Notes

Viticulture

The 2026 vintage was shaped by a warm,
dry growing season that encouraged
even ripening and excellent flavour
concentration across the region.
Moderate crop levels and favourable
conditions through harvest allowed
fruit to be picked at optimal maturity,
delivering wines with vibrant aromatics,
generous fruit character and impressive
balance.

Riesling displayed classic lifted citrus
and floral notes, supported by fine
natural acidity and texture. The vintage
is expected to produce wines of purity,
freshness and regional expression, with
both immediate appeal and the
structure to reward careful cellaring
over the medium term
