Every year we host tastings, dinners and vineyard tours; as well as Vintage Festival brunches, Gourmet Weekend lunches and SALA exhibitions.

It's time to discover 'A Little More Barossa' this August.

Workshop with cooking legends Mark McNamara - Food Luddite and Jamie Wall - Harvest Kitchen and winemaker Alex MacClelland - Bethany Wines at The Barossa Cellar

 Master the art of poultry and learn to be a better cook at home with this much-loved bird and kitchen staple. Jamie and Mark will take you under their wings and teach you how to make chicken soup from scratch, break down a whole bird, roll chicken ballotines, the best fried chicken on the planet (à la Harvest Kitchen) and then some. Mark, Jamie and winemaker Alex MacClelland from Bethany Wines will join you for a delicious chicken inspired wine-paired lunch.

 You’ll go home armed with recipes and a full belly.
