Full and juicy palate redolent with gently poached fruits (pears, quinces, stone fruits) all squeezed with a hint of lime and mandarin and served with a freshly baked piece of shortcrust pastry. The soft sweet, lightly honeyed palate is kept perfectly in check by the zesty acidity and hint of texture that retains the shape and drive. Finishes clean with the aroma of late summer florals ever present.
