Estate Series Reds

The Estate Series champions the single vineyard varieties grown on the Schrapel Family estate in the Barossa and neighbouring vineyards in the Eden Valley. This series comprises Riesling, Semillon, Chardonnay, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Merlot, Shiraz and Rosé as well as sparkling white.

The fruit was fermented on skins to achieve its bright cherry colour. Raspberries, cherry blossom and blackcurrant highlight the fruit driven nose.
Grenache
Grenache
Sourced from low yielding bush vines ranging in age from 50 to 120 years old. Fine structure expressing the varietal red berry fruit characters of Grenache balanced by supple fine grain tannins.
Cabernet Merlot
Cabernet Merlot
The deep, black cherry colour of this typically Barossa style is followed by a complex bouquet displaying young vibrant fruit with some overtones of oak and a slightly spicy character.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon
Made from Cabernet grapes sourced from the Schrapel family vineyards and neighbouring vineyards on the Barossa foothills. It is a modern style with a round, soft mouthfeel.
Shiraz
Shiraz
This is one of the Shiraz styles for which Australia is the famous world over. Made from shiraz grapes grown in the Schrapel vineyards and neighbours.
